Cottage located next to the ski resort « Massif de la Petite Rivière St-François », in Charlevoix, 30 minutes from Mont Ste-Anne and 1 hour from Québec City. This all-season cottage, built in 2005, has a view on the St-Laurence River.
Fireplace, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, TV with satellite etc… There are 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 showers and 1 bathtub. It is a non-smoker house.
